At Maria Extensions, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Hair must not be altered in any way (no washing, dyeing, cutting, brushing, or installing).
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders (e.g., specially colored or sized wigs)
  • Opened or tampered products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@mariaextensions.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Maria Extensions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
